Vice President, Land and Environmental Management | Pacific Gas and Electric Company
Andrew (Andy) K. Williams is Vice President of Land and Environmental Management at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). He is responsible for overseeing the company's environmental policies, including permitting, compliance, remediation, land management and conservation.
Williams has over 20 years of experience in the utility industry. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Safety, Health and Environment for PG&E, leading employee and contractor safety programs and developing best safety practices. He also served as Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for labor relations and the delivery of human resources programs and policies for the energy company. Prior to joining PG&E, Williams worked in the office of the General Counsel at PPL, an Allentown, PA-based Fortune 500 energy company.
Williams received a bachelor's degree in economics from Louisiana State University, and a law degree from Loyola University, where he was a member of the Loyola Law Review. Williams is admitted to the State Bar Associations of Louisiana, Pennsylvania, and Florida (inactive). He is also registered as in house counsel in California. He serves on the board of directors for the YMCA of the East Bay and Save the Bay.
